Choosing a time sends a request. It becomes an appointment once you pay.

How payment works
After you pick a time you get an email with the payment instructions. Pay by Whish transfer to the number in that email, or choose card when you book and a payment link follows on WhatsApp. Your appointment is confirmed as soon as the payment arrives, and a second email carries the confirmation details.
Changing or cancelling
Pay within 24 hours of booking, or at least 3 hours before the appointment, whichever comes first. After that the time opens again.
Rescheduling is free up to 12 hours before. If you cancel after paying, the amount stays with us as credit for a later appointment; there are no cash refunds. If we have to cancel, you choose between a new time and a refund.
